Cindy Lissette Canjura Rivera

Cindy has experience in corporate, commercial, banking, notarial, and intellectual property law. She has provided legal advice to national and international enterprises through various legal transactions, from the structuring, formation and establishing of companies, to their daily operations and functioning. In the corporate area, she has developed her skill set by legally aiding national companies on trade and real estate issues, registration operations, permits and development.

Her experience in Registration includes different legal procedures carried out through the National Registration Center (CNR, for its initials in Spanish). She is also in charge of carrying out the necessary legal procedures in government and non-government institutions for our clients.

She has experience in risk mitigation for enterprises in the various issues that comprise the correct development of national and international businesses. She has also acquired experience in issues related to free-trade zones and imports.
