During his professional years he has specialized in labor issues, advising companies with a view to preventive conflict management, seeking to ensure that regulatory compliance is fully aligned with corporate strategies. Besides continuously looking out for our clients’ best interests from a conflict preventive point of view, he also steps in when our clients come face to face with administrative authorities or when they are summoned before judicial courts. He has extensive experience in employment-related litigation (judicial and administrative), negotiation and collective and trade union conflict resolution.
Our strategy to defend any company’s interests is not only comprised of legal consultation, but also of active participation in committees specialized in trade unions, advancing favorable changes in policy and opposing those unfavorable.
He has also invested his time and energies in undergoing training and completing educational programs such as postgraduate degrees, certified and specialized courses in finance, economy and business, design thinking, money laundering prevention, and workplace risk and asset management so as to provide quality services with added value for our clients. All of this training has given him a broad point of view when looking for solutions to corporate problems.
